Registration deadline
Registrations must be submitted before 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on the registration deadline date.Identification and test security
- You must bring a passport or Canadian driver's license to take the test. You will not be admitted to the testing room without this identification. No other types of identification will be accepted.
- You cannot bring a coat, backpack, pencil case or any other materials into the testing room. We will provide a separate room where you can leave your personal belongings. We will provide you with a pencil with eraser to complete the test. You cannot bring your own pencil or eraser into the testing room.
- You will not be permitted to put any personal materials on the table in the testing room.
Arrive early
- Be sure to check the time that the test starts. If you register on-line, you will be sent an admission ticket. It will specify how early you need to arrive at the test site. At some sites, the doors are locked ten minutes before the test starts. You will not be admitted if you are late so be sure to get to the test site early.
Mailing of results
If you have not received your results by the scheduled date, please contact us at: 1-800-615-8666 (613-542-3368) or contact us. If the post office has returned your results to us due to an incorrect address, we can send them to your correct address.
It is the test-taker's responsibility to ensure that the mailing address is complete and correct. ETS Canada is not responsible if your results are undeliverable or lost.
