About our tests
TOEIC
The TOEIC test is designed for people who use English in the workplace and everyday life. The test takes two hours and is a multiple-choice test with 100 questions in the Listening Section and 100 questions in the Reading Section.
The TOEIC test is suitable for upper beginner through advanced learners.
TOEFL ITP
The TOEFL Institutional Testing Program (ITP) evaluates English proficiency at the intermediate and advanced levels. Academic settings provide the content for the TOEFL ITP test, which includes 50 Listening questions, 40 Structure and Written Expression questions, and 60 Reading questions. ITP TOEFL is a paper and pencil test.
How does TOEIC compare to TOEFL ITP and Canadian Language Benchmarks?
Pre-TOEFL
The Pre-TOEFL test measures the same language skills as the TOEFL ITP test but is less difficult and requires less testing time. It is appropriate for students at the beginning and intermediate levels.
The Pre-TOEFL has 30 Listening questions, 25 Structure and Written Expression questions and 40 Reading and Vocabulary questions.
TOEIC Bridge
TOEIC Bridge is shorter and easier than the TOEIC test. It includes 50 Listening and 50 Reading questions. The content is taken from everyday life. TOEIC Bridge is suitable for teenagers and adults.
